STARTING WITH VIETNAM GARMENT FACTORIES

Forms ready.Work made clear.Less chasing.

Send a request, receive responses and follow outstanding work. From PPE handover to workshop findings — a workflow being built for workers and managers.

Early-access applications are open · Public accounts and payments remain closed

EARLY-ACCESS OFFER

Up to 1,000 workers per company.

12 months free from agreed production activation, not the application date. No card. No automatic billing.

Melvin Labs reviews needs and onboarding capacity before confirming a pilot.

ONE CLEAR WORKFLOW

Make the request clear. Follow it through.

The workflow is being built for the pilot. The public site collects business interest, not real workforce records.

01

Choose a form & adapt it

Site-specific content, an accountable owner and a due date.

02

Assign a clear request

A simple link and short questions; assisted access remains planned.

03

Review responses & outstanding work

“Not yet” and “help needed” create follow-up, not a wrong answer.

04

Retain records & review history

Submitted does not mean resolved; records do not automatically establish compliance.

A useful form. One less thing missed.

Three operational examples with questions, review steps and limits. These are not approved statutory forms or released templates.

Fewer words. A clearer next step.

Designed for phones and people less familiar with software. It needs testing with adult factory workers; suitability for everyone is not established. Attributed assisted access is planned. PDFs and photos have been tested locally and are not available on the public site. Read-aloud, OCR and malware scanning are not implemented.

Duties need sources. Templates need review.

All eight Vietnam legal research candidates are under review and are not released for use. The library does not establish complete coverage. Currentness, provisions, annexes, applicability and translation need review before release.

Under review

Workplace hazard information

Safety information matched to the actual job, site and hazards.

A form cannot establish that meaningful instruction occurred. Site-specific content requires review.

Safety training evidence

Applicability depends on worker group, function and the relevant training rules.

A self-quiz does not replace statutory training or qualification. Amendments to Decree 44 must be reconciled.

Health-examination follow-up

Pre-placement and recurring examination requirements depend on the worker and work.

A declaration cannot replace a health examination. Clinical, legal and privacy review is required before release.

Under review

Personal protective equipment record

Work involving harmful or hazardous factors needs PPE appropriate to those risks.

Acknowledgement does not establish suitable equipment or correct use. Register and signature requirements need review.

Workplace exposure monitoring

Identify harmful factors and the monitoring requirements applicable to the workplace.

This is a research-stage evidence workflow, not a measurement or a certified monitoring report.

Occupational risk-assessment evidence

Determine whether the establishment, sector and activity fall within the assessment requirement.

A sector name alone does not establish applicability. AI and forms do not replace assessment of the actual workplace.

Recurring occupational safety self-inspection

Covered garment, textile, leather and footwear establishments and their workshops or teams.

Submitting a checklist does not mean passing an inspection. Actual inspection and hazard correction remain necessary; currentness and scope require review.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Clear before you start.

Can we open an account now?

Not yet. The public site accepts early-access applications. Employer and worker accounts and payments remain closed; applying does not activate the product or promise an activation date.

Are these government-approved forms?

No. The three examples are operational drafts. Eight legal research candidates remain under review and are not released for use. Responses and documents do not automatically establish compliance or government acceptance.

When do the 12 free months start?

From agreed production activation, not the application date. The proposed offer is for suitable companies with up to 1,000 workers. Limits and terms are confirmed beforehand; no card or automatic billing.

What if workers do not have email?

An attributed assisted workflow recording the respondent and helper is planned. It is not available on the public site. It needs testing with adult factory workers before suitability is claimed.

Can we upload PDFs or photos now?

Not on the public site. PDF instructions and photo/PDF supporting records have been tested in the local review product; real data requires the remaining privacy and deployment controls. OCR, automatic reading and malware scanning are not implemented.

How is application information used?
